- I accept payment preferrably through Paypal, but Credit Cards may also be accepted through Etsy. Concealed money orders are also accepted AT YOUR OWN RISK.  Work cannot begin until payment clears. 

 

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your commission spot and for the mounting process to begin.  Upon fullfilment of your final balance, your mount will ship fully insured with tracking via FedEx.

 

- Payments may be made once the initial deposit has been paid.  Total payment up-front is also accepted.

- Once I have approved your payment plan, payments must be made at least once a month or else your mount will be forfeited and sold.  I will contact you prior to forfeiture, and you will have 7 days to respond.

 

- Payment plans refunds are addressed in the 'refund' section below.  Please see this for additional details.

 

 

 

 

- If you supply your own pelt, please send all documentation of legal CITES or tags if applicable.

 

- If I am purchasing a pelt for you, the entire cost of the pelt must be paid upfront.  I purchase my pelts from other sources, and they do not wait on payment plans.

- Deposits are non-refundable.  If you cannot complete remaining payments, a 50% refund of what you have paid (NOT INCLUDING THE DEPOSIT) will be returned UPON REQUEST.  This does not apply to payment plans.

 

- If I purchase a pelt for you, the pelt cost cannot be refunded.  However, UPON REQUEST, the pelt will be shipped to you at your own cost.  This is only upon request.  If not requested, the pelt will be forfeited and sold or commissioned out.

 

- If you supplied the pelt, it will be sent back to you at your own cost.

 

- Pelts cannot be returned once mounting has begun.
